heez, i have been complaining about how stress I am ( which is very boring) as i found out, thus i shall dedicate this page to how to defeat stress...Muahahaha... Oh , and shall cut down one dots i put in my blog and type in proper englush, thanks to Vivian and teresa.lalalala
Strategies
1)blogging (like iam doing now)
2)Eat chocolates n Ice cream (yummy)
3)Listen to music (Lene Marlin-Disguise very nice)thks Yi Fang for sending this song to
me(",)
4)Sing out loud( but make sure you sing nicely or else...)I won't be responsible of what
happen to you.
5)Drawing (now you know why i draw so much)
6)Decorate stuff, anything also can eg: books,files, Handphones, Tables =P
7)Play with colour pens and stickers
8)Read story books (very effective) note:not romance, murder, or literature books
it will make you feel worst.
9)You can punch at your pillow or throw pillows and soft toys if you are more violent...
(its easier to tidy up and nothing will break, also won't cause you pain)
10)Lastly, do what Miss woon suggested, sleep it away...(day dream also can)
These are several guidelines, it works for me I think. haha, shall start studying now(-_-)
